Responsibilities:
- To assist with basic troubleshooting of PC/laptops. Knowledge in MacOS would be an added advantage.
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
- Assembly of PC/laptops/video conferencing system/interactive whiteboard, installing/upgrading parts.
- Setup/reformat operating system on existing/new PC/laptop.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
