Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in:-
Data Analysis, Always Welcome K- Youth Programme Candidates
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and manipulation.
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Doc, Sheets, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of databases
Ability to work independently.
Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Minimum internship period of 3 months.

Responsibilities:

You’ll organise and categorise relevant:-
Documents, Emails, information in preparation for data entry
You'll collect and verify all information meticulously prior to inputting data into software programs, specifically utilising Google App Script and JavaScript.
You’ll enter data into the database software accurately and promptly while conducting regular checks to ensure the data's precision and correctness within specified time limits.
You’ll maintain accurate and organised data entry using data program techniques.
You’ll assists in data analysis and preparing weekly reports for administrative
You’ll conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insights that can inform business decisions.
You’ll have to keep the information confidential.
You’ll provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
