- Provide service and resolve clients' problems through various channels, including calls & email.
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer questions and complaints with clarity, efficiency, and friendliness.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Willing to work for 5 work days per week, two rotational off-days
- Based in Damansara Heights
