Business Administration Internship Opportunity

Job Scope:
- Exposure to operation management and administration in terms of office-related duties
- Perform day to day administrative duties which include but not limited to invoicing, repair orders, billing, issuance receipt and preparing reports
- Maintain and upkeep a systematic data filing system
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders from supplier
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions
What We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Must possess own transport.
- Available to start by April for a minimum of 3 months. Allowance will be provided.
