Qualifications:
- Candidates from Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any Business Administration / Logistics are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo industrial training in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
- Based in logistics departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Inventory Management: Help track, organize, and manage inventory, ensuring records are accurate and updated regularly.
- Support Order Processing: Work with the team to fulfill orders, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and assist with documentation.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Enter logistics data into software systems, analyze trends, and prepare reports on stock levels, demand, and logistics costs.
- Document Handling: Prepare, file, and organize shipping, delivery, and compliance documents.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance service levels and share ideas with the team.
- Support Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects or seasonal initiatives that align with the logistics strategy.
- To assist in supervisor's daily tasks.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
