1. General Administrative Support
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing office correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Filing documents (physical and digital)
- Responding to inquiries via phone or email
- Directing guests to appropriate departments
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Entering and updating data in databases or spreadsheets
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
3. Office Coordination
- Ordering and managing office supplies
4. Assisting HR
- Helping with employee onboarding paperwork
- Preparing simple finance forms (expense claims, petty cash, etc.)
- Tracking attendance or leaves (if assigned)
