Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP) Support

General Accounting

Assist in data entry for journal entries and general ledger transactions
Support the preparation of bank reconciliation reports
Help compile supporting documents for external audit and tax agent
Support the tracking and recording of fixed assets or prepaid expenses if applicable

Tax and Administrative Task

Assist in compiling tax-related documents and summaries
Support research on current tax practices or compliance matters (e.g., SST, WHT, income tax)
Participate in finance projects, system updates or internal process improvements
Assist with any additional duties assigned by the superior or finance team

Requirements

Candidates must currently pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in written and spoken English.
Must be disciplined, trustworthy and able to handle highly confidential matters and work independently.
Sound knowledge in handling Google Sheets/Google Docs or Microsoft Office.
Familiar with SQL Accounting Software (others can be considerable).
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: RM900.00 per month
