Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, configuration and maintenance of workstations, and network devices.
- Support day-to-day IT operations including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Help monitor system performance and network availability.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and documentation efforts.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure security and compliance standards are met.
- Document processes, configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Any other assignments as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma in IT field.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines
- Wiling to work in Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM750.00 - RM800.00 per month
