PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily closing activities to ensure timely completion
Assist with financial closing (monthly/quarter/year-end) to fulfil financial reporting requirements
Support the new product launch or changes in accounting for policy admin/non-policy systems from a finance perspective, including UAT
Support finance team members in ad hoc projects and process improvements
Assist the finance team meet financial closing deadlines
Support Finance initiatives to improve systems, process and controls in Finance functions before and after implementation
Collaborate with IT, Operations and Actuarial teams to enhance systems and processes, boosting Finance's efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
Adapt quickly to change and handle ad hoc tasks
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
