About The Role

Job Summary:
Knight Frank Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern to join our Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist in supporting day-to-day financial processes and gain exposure to real estate finance functions in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry and processing of financial transactions in the accounting system
Support monthly financial closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance
Help prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and related documentation
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audits
Organize and maintain proper filing of finance-related documents
Liaise with internal departments for financial data or document collection
Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and staff reimbursements
Participate in ad-hoc assignments and finance-related projects as required
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial data
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
