Responsibilities:
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D models, 2D models and design mockups.
- Select materials, furnishings, and decor that align with Kenangan Coffee’s brand identity and customer experience goals.
- Oversee the design execution and manage contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and integrate fresh ideas into the brand’s evolving aesthetic.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of design implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and design standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural / interior design related background
- Min 2 years' experience as interior designer incl MEP drawing in retail / F&B / related industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUP
- Strong understanding of interior design principles as they relate to restaurant and F&B retail settings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
