AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES (Not limited to):
Undertake hands-on calibration and certification activities for measurement systems across the facilities.
Inspecting and Calibration of Field Instruments, Master Instruments and equipment’s.
Undertake pressure test of tanks and other vessels as required before calibration.
Carry out frequent physical random checks on calibration teams (internal & external) and publish reports of such checks in allotted time frame.
Perform accuracy verification checks on measurement procedures and systems.
Actively participate in the maintenance and repairs of all measuring equipment/Instruments, ensuring that company quality standards and specifications are met.
Obtain from Installation Engineers signed off evidence Instruments / equipment after calibration.
Advise engineering team on calibration provisions for all new projects.
Validate calibration tables, charts and reports submitted by external calibrators.
Manage day to day activities associated with calibration including client liaison, calibrators’ equipment certification, etc.
Ensure all calibration works are carried out in line with EHS and ISO 17025 procedure.
As Emergency Respond Team when Fire Alarm triggered at every building to Acknowledge Alarm, Investigate and Announcement.
Troubleshooting of NQBMS, Black Utilities and Door Interlock Control System.
Planning and execute preventive maintenance of Field Instruments and Control System and its accessories as per schedule.
Keeping track monitoring of alarm and events from BMS system and reporting to respective plant heads in case of abnormalities
Other work activities assigned by Supervisor
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificates or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Wiring, Electrical Maintenance, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) equivalent from manufacturing background.
- Good troubleshooting skills on PLC & Instrumentation and able to understand wiring/loop drawings for Control & Instrumentation.
- Good electrical skills, basic mechanical and pneumatic skills for - Plant & Process.
- Required language(s): Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Able to work on shift rotation

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
