Responsibilities
- Execute and assist in coordinating discipline-related tasks in a safe, efficient, and effective manner to support smooth plant operations.
- Provide supervision and guidance to new team members and contractors, ensuring proper work practices, knowledge transfer, and adherence to company standards.
- Safeguard the integrity, reliability, and safety of the plant by following relevant work processes, company management systems, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company rules, policies, and guidelines while promoting a strong safety culture across all activities.
- Support troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Technology OR Certificate from INSTEP or equivalent qualification.
- Must possess valid OGSP and CIDB certifications (or equivalent).
- Preferably candidates with prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to supervise, guide, and coordinate contractors or team members.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to workplace safety.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
