- Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written.
- 1 Contract positions available.
- Prepare and generate accurate sales quotations in a timely manner.
- Support tender submissions in collaboration with the sales team and ensure timely submission before the closing date.
- Process customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure efficient after-sales service and support.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding product-related inquiries, availability, and pricing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfillment and minimize discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries with clear and helpful information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls via the business sales hotline, addressing customer queries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to support project installations and service delivery.
- Liaise with the Finance department regarding job status, billing matters, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems such as CRM platforms and ERP systems.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and management.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the department lead.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
