Infrastructure Support Specialist (Night Shift)
Location: Klang, Selangor, Malaysia
Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Allowance: RM800 Night Shift Allowance
Work Arrangement: Fully office-based (WFH subject to HOD approval)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to manage global IT systems and provide technical support to regional and international offices. You’ll work independently during night shift hours, with support from overseas IT colleagues, ensuring seamless operations across our network, servers, and end-user systems.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support global servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for global offices (remote support).
- Manage IT security, including firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data backups.
- Document configurations and follow IT policies.
- Liaise with vendors for technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong skills in Windows Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, AWS.
- Scripting knowledge (cmd, PowerShell, bash).
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
