We are looking for a skilled and passionate Ice Cream & Pastry to join our central kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality ice cream and pastries, ensuring production meets our unique standards. You’ll oversee processes like churning, mixing, baking, and quality control, bringing delicious creations to life for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ice cream machines, including churning and mixing ingredients to create high-quality, stretchy ice cream.
- Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries according to standardized recipes.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage ingredient inventory, including receiving, organizing, and ensuring freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the central kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Experiment with new recipes, flavors, and textures to support product innovation.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance in all stages of production.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ice cream production, pastry-making, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products.
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
- Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Physical ability to lift ingredients, operate machines, and stand for extended periods.
- Creativity and willingness to learn new production techniques.
