· Responsible for monthly payroll processing, claim, benefits management and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
· Handle foreign worker applications, documentation, and any other related issues.
· Perform daily operations of HR functions and duties.
· Handle employee’s training activity and training record
· Handling HR matter cases related to labour office, KWSP and SOCSO
· Assist with recruitment activities, job postings, candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
· Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copy).
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
