HR / Admin Assistant
RM 1800- RM 2300
Scope:
-Assist with day to day operations of the HR/office functions and duties
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports (salary, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
-Assist to handle company activities (meetings, training, celebration and etc
- To make sure the office environment is functionable
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
-Communicate with public services when necessary (KWSP, PERKESO, JTK and etc)
Requirements:
- Must has own car, can help to purchase item for staff
- At least one year relevant experience
- Diploma Holder will be more prefer
- Computer literate and possesses moderate command of English & Malay
- Microsoft Office- able to use simple formula in Excel
Monday -Friday (8.30am-5.30pm), Saturday- (8.30am – 1.00pm)
