Job Description
- To organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, records and maintain a systematic filing system for smooth data retrieving.
- Make arrangement and reservation for flights / hotels for staff travel on company business matters.
- Support on Employees Engagement/ Welfare activities.
- Assist on in-house training preparation.
- Handle on employees insurance outpatient claim.
- Labelling, Filing & 5S to the department.
- Assist on employees recruitment , training activities.
- Perform administrative duties.
