Role summary
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR PR/PO processing and payments under the
Employee Services & Experience function.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking and processing monthly invoices for medical, expatriate
management and expatriate income tax.
- Update the master data for the invoices received from vendor(s).
- Processing invoices bi-weekly through SAP Centrix System once the invoices have been
submitted to Finance (Account Payables) and raise request in COUPA
- Responsible for keeping track of progress and payment updates with account payables
for medical, expatriate management and expatriate income tax invoices and to make
sure payment made within the TAT.
- Assist to check for employees’ leave and overtime schedule in HR System – HiHR
- Assist with internal inquiries for staff (altHR).
- Perform miscellaneous data entry, postings, filling assignments, maintaining trackers
and proper filing systems.
- Support Payroll Team on EA distribution for resigned employee and ad-hoc request.
- Prepare and issue letters related to Corporate Discount Letter for BMW, Mercedes, BYD
and EPF withdrawal to employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any HR/Business or relevant discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in the English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced in handling the invoices and bank reconciliation during internship in
Finance Department.
- Handling face to face with clients and suppliers on the payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
