About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and capable HR Executive to manage critical HR functions across multiple affiliated companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, payroll coordination, KPI implementation, and employee relations, including conflict resolution. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate HR policies and processes across multiple legal entities while maintaining compliance and consistency.
Job Description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Multi-Entity)
- Handle full-cycle recruitment across multiple intercompany entities.
- Customize hiring strategies to reflect each entity’s unique needs and culture.
- Collaborate with various business unit leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines.
Payroll & HR Administration (Cross-Entity)
- Coordinate and process payroll for different legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure consistent application of benefits, leave policies, and statutory requirements across all entities.
- Maintain centralized but segmented employee records for each company.
KPI Management
- Work with department heads across entities to define, implement, and track KPIs.
- Monitor performance across entities and support the appraisal processes.
- Ensure alignment of KPIs with each company's strategic goals.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns across all entities.
- Investigate, mediate, and resolve workplace issues or conflicts in line with each entity’s HR policy.
- Promote a collaborative, respectful work environment across organizational boundaries.
Intercompany HR Coordination
- Ensure consistency in HR practices while adapting to each entity’s operational context.
- Harmonize HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
- Support group-level HR initiatives and audits as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-entity or group company environment.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing, labour laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong experience in recruitment and KPI-based performance systems.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between diverse business units.
- Experience using HRMS or payroll software across multiple companies.
- Familiarity with intercompany HR integration strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
