Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of the compensation and benefits system
2. Handle salary and benefits calculations during the setup phase of the new factory
3. Participate in the formulation of performance management schemes and lead performance evaluation implementation
4. Manage employee relations
5. Handle recruitment for the Malaysia factory
6. Oversee safety management at the Malaysia factory
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
2. Fluent in spoken English, capable of business communication
3. Fluent in Chinese
4. Familiar with Malaysian local laws and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,600.00 per month
