About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD' as a HOST LIVE. As a HOST LIVE, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers and driving sales through live streaming platforms. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
What you'll be doing
- Host live stream sessions to showcase products and engage with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Identify and respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for live streams
- Analyse performance data and provide insights to improve the live streaming strategy
- Assist with other sales and customer service tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Experience in live streaming, video production, or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for the sales and retail industry
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live streaming platforms and related technologies
