Host/Hostess – Operational Team
We are a dynamic company in the Food & Beverage industry, looking for a friendly and service-oriented Host/Hostess to join our Operational Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth seating arrangements, and an excellent overall dining experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and approachable appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours calmly.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating to ensure efficient guest flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or complaints politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
