Help Desk Operative (Office-based)

We are hiring Help Desk Operatives to join our growing operations team for a national-level facilities maintenance project.
You will be responsible for attending service calls from multiple sites, logging reports, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure fast, efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Answer service-related calls from outlet staff
- Input reports and track cases in system
- Assign technicians and follow up on work completion
- Handle administrative tasks linked to technical support
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma or higher
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / basic software
