Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, packaging, and print materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Design posters, menus, event flyers, digital ads, presentations, and pitch decks
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams for campaign rollouts
- Proficient in using the latest AI design tools
- Handle photography and videography for marketing needs
- Produce short videos and advertisements for various platforms
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth
- Monitor and analyze performance insights and analytics
- Ability to run successful marketing campaigns ads
- Stay up to date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes
- Coordinate with influencers and external collaborators for campaigns
- Familiar with google business products
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Proficient in AI design tools and applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and social media content
- Experience managing brand social media pages
- Excellent written communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver creative, fast-paced content
- Skilled in photography and video editing
- Strong technical knowledge in digital design and media production
