Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Creative Development:
- Develop creative visual content for events, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials, including posters, banners, social media content, brochures, and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate closely with event managers, marketers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute impactful designs.
2. Event Branding:
- Create and maintain consistent event branding for Dennsa’s corporate events and Usrah International’s Islamic initiatives, ensuring alignment with respective brand identities.
- Design event collaterals such as backdrops, stage designs, and digital assets.
3. Digital & Social Media Content:
- Design eye-catching content for social media platforms, email marketing, and websites.
- Work with the marketing team to produce visually engaging posts, infographics, and animations.
4. Project Collaboration:
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to ensure a cohesive visual output.
- Assist in brainstorming and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and events.
5. Support for Usrah International:
- Design materials for Islamic events, seminars, and lifestyle bazaars, including vendor booth visuals, promotional materials, and educational content.
- Ensure culturally appropriate and meaningful designs that resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in event management, marketing, or a creative agency environment. Fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Creative Flair: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual aesthetics.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to design for diverse audiences, including a deep appreciation for Islamic values and aesthetics.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
