Responsibilities:
3D Asset Creation: Model, texture, and optimize realistic 3D assets, including environments, props, and UI elements.
- Texturing & Materials: Develop high-quality textures, materials and shaders to enhance visual fidelity while optimizing for performance using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Lighting & Rendering: Implement realistic lighting and rendering techniques for immersive environments.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize assets and UI components for real-time rendering while maintaining high visual fidelity.
- Integration with Game Engine: Work with Unreal Engine or Unity to implement 3D assets and UI elements into the simulation system.
- Prototyping & Testing: Assist in testing and iterating on assets to ensure they function correctly in the solutions.
- Innovation & Research: Research and implement cutting-edge visual techniques to enhance the realism of training simulations.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the team to maintain aesthetic consistency and quality standards across all projects.
- Technical Optimization: Optimize both 3D assets and UI elements for real time rendering in game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
2D Graphic Design: Create visually engaging 2D assets, including icons, UI elements, and promotional materials.
UI/UX Design: Collaborate on designing intuitive and visually appealing UI elements that align with the simulation's aesthetics.
Collaboration: Work closely with various department to ensure visual and functional accuracy as well as assets integrate seamlessly into the simulation.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize asset libraries and documentation for efficient workflow.
General Support: Assist with other tasks as needed, including administrative support, documentation, and non-3D-related projects.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
