We are a quantitative trading and technology firm seeking talented graduates in mathematics, physics, engineering, or related disciplines to join our graduate training program.
This is a role for individuals who are numerate, curious, and disciplined — we’re looking for raw ability, not polished CVs.
Suitable candidates will have:
- A solid grasp of mathematics and probability
- Logical thinking and strong attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn independently
Additional strengths (valued, not required):
- An interest in computing or systems thinking
- Exposure to the Linux command line
- Experience with Matlab, Octave, or R
We value people who think clearly, work quietly, and learn quickly.
No specific programming experience is required.This is a training role — you’ll be taught the technical stack on the job.
Salaries will rise rapidly with demonstrated progress.
