- Professionally perform goods receiving inspection of all aircraft and engine parts as well as tools, raw materials, chemicals and spare parts of operating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with export control and trade compliance.
- Record all material movements in relevant IT system / ERP to ensure full traceability and update query report for delayed or non-compliant components.
- Archiving and scanning of relevant logistics documents.
- Adherence to all processes and procedures to fulfill all requirements of regulatory bodies (CAA, FAA, FOCA, JCAB, TCCA, etc.) for aerospace logistics and bodies as well as company procedures manual.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area in accordance with the Company’s 5’s standards Adherence to the Company Health and Safety policy.
- Assist in general warehouse work as needed.
- Assist in the training and development of other staff.
- Be part of the team ensuring that the company delivers its commitments to shareholders, customers, staff and regulatory authorities.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management to achieve the company goals and objectives.
