Genesys Administrator (Contact Center expert)

Experience : Minimum 6-8 years

Insurance Domain Industry

• This will be heavy on the administrator role and candidate needs to be familiar and experienced in Genesys product and capabilities.

Prior experience in AVAYA platforms is advantageous
(May be converted to a permanent role in the future)

Experience in Genesys solutions & Contact Centre design, user management, queue & routing configuration, system configuration, integration management, security management, reporting & analytics, technical set up and interconnectivity with other platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM115,000.00 per month
