We are seeking a reliable and organized General Clerk to support the smooth operations of the company. This role involves a various clerical and office support duties to help keep daily operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with day-to-day clerical and operational tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing are completed in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in both digital and physical.
- Assist with document management, including scanning, archiving and retrieval.
- Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage daily correspondence professionally.
- Resolve clerical related issues.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required by superior/partners
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) and typewriter.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an clerical role is a plus.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
