Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving of goods including inspection, quantity verification, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of inbound shipments.
- Ensure all received goods are accurately recorded in the inventory management system.
- Supervise unloading activities and ensure proper storage following FIFO/FEFO standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly inbound reports for management review.
- Handle discrepancies or damages during receiving and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure warehouse space is optimized and organized for efficient operations.
- Liaise with purchasing and quality teams to resolve any receiving issues.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical or warehouse administrative roles is preferred.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse operations or inbound management.
- Familiar with cold storage or frozen goods handling (added advantage).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Computer literate and experience with WMS system preferred.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to withstand cold temperatures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
