About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, keeping the store organized, and taking part in both retail operations and online activities. Besides handling in-store duties, you will also assist with order fulfilment and basic social media postings to help keep our brand active online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, stock arrangement, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle online orders: picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery or customer collection.
- Create and schedule simple/basic posts for the company’s Instagram page (e.g., product highlights, promotions, store updates).
- Assist in stock checks, inventory management, and restocking shelves.
- Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior retail experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram posting (captions, stories, feed posts).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail peak hours as required.
