Key Responsibilities
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets
- Record invoices, bills, and payments
- Prepare staff claims and simple financial reports when needed
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Organize and maintain digital financial records
Requirements
- Experience in accounting or financial data entry
- Proficiency with accounting software (SQL is an advantage)
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- For freelancers: willingness to work at least 2 days per week in the office (preferably Monday and Friday)
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: RM60.00 - RM70.00 per day
