A Fish Cutter job involves cutting, filleting, and processing fish, as well as cleaning, deboning, scaling, and trimming fish and other seafood products. They also handle tools like knives and filleting machines, ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards.
This individual is responsible for maintaining system integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Cutting and Filleting:
- Prepares fish cleaning, cutting, boning, filleting, and packaging.
- Precise and efficient cutting of fish to customer specifications, removing bones, skin, and scales while minimizing waste.
- Assist in cutting slices; fish, and use a cutting machine and meat. (Training provide)
- Assist production cutting services and support daily production activities.
- Quality Control:Inspecting fish for freshness and defects, ensuring high quality standards.
- Hygiene and Safety:Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, adhering to food safety standards, and operating equipment safely.
- Packaging and Storage:Packing processed fish for delivery and ensuring proper storage to maintain freshness.
- Assist production in arranging to repack raw material and produce quality, the product of carrying weighing of goods and re-packing. (when required)
- Assistant to moving stock, repacking, and labelling packing, or carton
- Prepare for re-packing raw materials into loose packaging
- Equipment Operation:Safely operating various cutting tools and machinery, including knives, saws, and filleting machines.
- Order Accuracy:Ensuring orders are accurately filled and that warehouse and production goals are met.
- General Warehouse Duties:
- Able to carry the weight of goods moving to store.
- May include lifting boxes, moving products, and packing orders
Menyediakan pembersihan, pemotongan, pengulangan, fillet dan pembungkusan ikan
Membantu dalam memotong kepingan; ikan, dan gunakan mesin pemotong dan daging. (Latihan disediakan)
Membantu perkhidmatan pemotongan pengeluaran dan menyokong aktiviti pengeluaran harian.
Membantu pengeluaran dalam mengatur pembungkusan semula bahan mentah dan menghasilkan kualiti, produk membawa timbangan barang dan pembungkusan semula. (apabila diperlukan)
Sediakan untuk membungkus semula bahan mentah ke dalam bungkusan yang longgar
Pembantu memindahkan stok, pembungkusan semula dan pelabelan pembungkusan atau kadbod
Mampu memikul berat barang yang bergerak ke kedai.
Bertanggungjawab untuk mengekalkan pengemasan yang baik dan kerja berpasukan yang betu/
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or related field.
- Skills: Chef, Cook, kitchen helper or F&B industries.
- Training will be provided.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience.
- Be able to converse good in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good Attendance daily & Punctual to work.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Able to work and stand on foot for an extended time.
- Boleh kerja berdiri kaki untuk jangka masa panjang.
- Able to work in Taman Perusahaan Selayang, Batu Cave (neaby Hospital Selayang)
