Job Description:
- Assist in managing accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and data entry into accounting systems.
- Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in generating reports and analyses related to accounts payable activities.
- Participate in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the head of finance or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
