- Review FGV Group Policies and provide constructive feedbacks.
- Review and update GLOA and provide assistance to users in relation to matter related to GLOA compliance.
- Follow-up with relevant business units to ensure closure of GIA audit issues and involve in the discussion to ensure appropriate closure of the issue.
- Coordinate with Divisions on preparation of monthly report/template for GCC circulation and meeting.
- Liaise with Divisions to follow-up on updates matters arising for GCC.
- Prepare Group Finance monthly report/template for GCC circulation and meeting.
- Prepare minute of GCC meeting for circulation to GCC members.
- Update FGV Group Finance Policies and Procedures and GLOA in FGV Hub.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economy, or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Experience: Have working experience in 1 or 2 years
