Finance Executive

Responsibilities

The role mainly handles the AR, AP, full sets of accounts, and finance admin.

• Participate in monthly financial closing and the annual budgeting cycle.
• Prepare financial and management reports, including income statements and balance sheets (AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory).
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance and financial analysis.
• Manage intercompany transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support administrative and operational finance activities.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Review and process employee expense claims.
• Handle bank-related matters such as payments, cash flow projections/forecasts, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with banks on account management, including user setup, access rights, and transaction matters.
• Support compliance with tax, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; prior financial analysis experience is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, especially during month-end closing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
