Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in financial reporting and modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, financial forecasting, and business intelligence tools, with the ability to provide key insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a tech-savvy professional who is highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, and database management and is comfortable working with complex financial models in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.
- Utilize Power BI and other data analytics and visualization tools to provide insightful reports.
- Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Leverage ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Cognos or similar ERP to extract and analyze financial data.
- Communicate key financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.
- Experience working with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and financial models.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent English verbal, written, and reasoning skills.
- A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.
