Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Sales Development & Client Management
- Identify market opportunities to grow our customer base and improve profit margins
- Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and operating processes to meet short- and long-term goals
- Carry out daily sales activities — including regular follow-ups, and opportunity updates
- Continuously seek new customers and markets across various industries
- Answer customer queries accurately and promptly via phone or email
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
2. Sales Reporting & System Management
- Update client and opportunity data into internal sales tools/systems accurately and consistently
- Monitor active opportunities on a daily and weekly basis to track progress and pipeline movement
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the organization
- Participate in all internal and external sales training and seminars as scheduled
- Use sales performance as a key indicator for continuous improvement
4. Strategic Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Contribute to the design and execution of innovative sales and marketing programs
- Support initiatives that improve brand equity and market share to drive overall company profitability
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other business-related duties as assigned by Sales Manager or Management
- Be open to relocation within Malaysia as part of company expansion or restructure
- Willing to travel as part of daily field activity and customer engagement
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need :
- Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
- 1–3 years of outdoor or telesales experience; candidates from courier/logistics (fresh graduates) are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional dialects are an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and database management skills
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
