- Provide technical support, training, and product demonstrations to customers.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and hospitals.
- Identify new opportunities and drive adoption of molecular and autoimmune disease testing solutions.
- Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Medical Lab Technology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong interest in both science and sales/business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for customer engagement.
- Possess own transport.
