Hiring: Full-Time F&B Crew *MALAYSIANS ONLY*
Expected Start Date: 1st July 2025
Salary: RM2000-RM3000
Your Role:
1. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and engage with a positive attitude
2. Order Fulfillment & Food Handling
- Prepare and assemble food orders following SOPs
- Maintain speed and consistency during peak hours
- Ensure all items are served hygienically and presented well
3. Kiosk Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Keep the kiosk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Sanitize work surfaces and equipment regularly
- Manage waste and follow proper food safety practices
4. POS
- Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments
- Handle transactions securely
5. Inventory Support
- Restock items and ingredients as needed
- Alert supervisor when stock is running low
- Assist with receiving and storing supplies
6. Teamwork & Shift Coverage
- Work closely with fellow crew and supervisor for smooth operations
- Be punctual, responsible, and flexible with shift rotations
- Support opening/closing routines when scheduled
- Take orders accurately and handle simple upselling where appropriate
- Address basic customer questions about the menu and ingredients
