Facility Tech cum A4 Chargeman

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including electrical, mechanical and air cond.
• Follow up and update all Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists for facilities on a timely basis.
• Update training records for all downstream team members related to electrical, civil, mechanical, and air conditioning work.
• Conduct DBS (Weekly) briefings and ensure safe work practices.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment Control) documents related to facility jobs.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Installation, Troubleshoot and maintain Air Conditioning systems, including AHU and split units – hands-on skill is a strong advantage.
• Troubleshoot and service chiller systems and associated components.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair of AC motors, pumps, and other mechanical systems – hands-on experience preferred.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and electrical safety standards.
• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting low voltage main switchboards and standby generators.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for outsourced works and major repairs.

Requirements:

• Chargeman Certificate (AO – A4) – Compulsory
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles.
• Strong hands-on skills in HVAC systems, chiller systems, motors, and pumps.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance routines.
• Knowledge in SOP/HIRAC preparation and implementation.
• Familiarity with training documentation and safety briefing sessions.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
