We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Property Operation Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur
JOB DESCRIPTION
FACILITY MANAGER
- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
- Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors.
- Handle insurance contracts.
- Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
- Delegate maintenance responsibilities to team members.
- Run routine maintenance inspections.
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support maintenance and installment work as needed.
- Any other duties involved in the efficient management and Operations of the Properties and Common Facilities and Services as required by the Top Management.
- Any other task may be assigned by the Directors.
- Good oral & written communication both in ENGLISH & Bahasa.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Knowledge in Strata Act is an advantage.
- Possess leadership skills, multitasking and good problem – solving skills.
Working hours :
Monday to Saturday
Expected salary : RM 4,500.00 - RM 5,500.00 based experienced
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:

- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
