Job Scope
- Coordinate and monitor on-site project activities assigned by the Facilities Manager.
- Prepare work permits and other required project-related documentation.
- Oversee project work during non-office hours and weekends as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualification
- Diploma or higher in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting facilities-related projects or similar project coordination work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written & oral).
- Willingness to work on-site and during non-standard hours when required.
