Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate all operational on related matters of property management including building maintenance administrative
- To liaise with contractor, consultant and authorities on relevant matters
- Planning and preparing monthly maintenance / financial reports
- Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards
- Work with subcontractor, vendors and service providers to maintain safety and meet legal requirement for equipment, security, car parks, cleaning and handyman services
- Create checklists for building maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, mechanical & electrical services and equipment upkeep
- Track inventory and manage repairs and replacements
- Supervise contractors and cleaners to ensure work is completed on time and meets standards
- Plan and track preventive maintenance including certification renewals
- Assist in preparing scope of work for preparing BQ for maintenance works
- Ensure the reports are accurate and complete
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Facility Management / Civil & Structure / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Understanding of regulations and statutory requirements pertaining to building maintenance (e.g. Building By-Laws, building and Common Property Act, Strata Title Act, etc.)
- Hand-on person, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Knowledgeable in planning maintenance operations
- Able to keep track of and report on activity
- Writing good and effective correspondence
- Possess good personality and PR skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
