Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain construction site facilities (Site offices, storage units, utilities).
- Coordinate temporary infrastructure setup (Water, electricity, and internet).
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of site facilities and completed buildings during the warranty phase.
- Oversee utility systems across construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage emergency response and safety protocols.
- Participate in site planning for efficient facility usage.
- Oversee facility service providers (Cleaning, security).
- Maintain records of equipment, warranties, inspections, and maintenance logs.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, costs, and improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in facility management or construction site management.
- Experience with large-scale construction projects or infrastructure developments.
- Familiarity with warranty management and post-construction handover.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site logistic.
- Knowledge of building systems and site infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
