Job Responsibilities
- Manage end to end expatriate assignments (onboarding, relocation, visa, etc)
- Act as the main point of contact for China customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with HR, Legal and external vendors to ensure compliance with immigration and labor laws.
- Translate, interpret and facilitate communication between Chinese speaking clients and internal teams as needed
-Handle inquiries, resolves issues promptly and maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and updates for management on expatriate and client related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in business studies, human resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experiences in expatriate management
- Strong communication skill in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of China business culture and etiquette
- Prior experience working with China clients is highly desirable
