Job Description
- All aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, foreign workers, KPI, disciplinary, company event and etc.
- Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of the organization.
- Maintain the accuracy of employee files & databases.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies.
- Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports and etc.
- Prepare, and update Process Flow and SOP.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- Explore Malaysia HR groups & forums on social media for a better understanding of the challenges and dynamics that you may encounter in your HR career journey and be prepared for them.
- Responsible, smart, aggressive, result-driven, detail-oriented.
- Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethics.
- Good time management & stress management.
- Willing to stand by all the time for ad hoc stuff.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Multi-lingua, Mixed well with all levels of employees.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work in a team.
- Malaysian only.
Salary : RM2,400.00 - 3,200.00 per month
